How Does It Work?

Response to Intervention is a necessity in the education environment today. It’s proven to help students grow however, the task in today’s environment is labor intensive. Our RTI Module provides a framework to help manage the RTI process and includes tools to automatically and electronically record and communicate:

  • Tier 1 Core Instruction
  • Universal Screening
  • Progress Monitoring
  • Tiered Interventions
  • Role-based Security
  • Data-driven decision making.

These tools help to by provide a centralized location for the planning, implementation, and follow up of RTI strategies.

Planning:

After analyzing your student data, students who are struggling and/or exceeding expectations can be identified and a plan can be put into place to help them continue developing.

  • Districts define their own Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III interventions
  • Districts also determine who can administer these interventions allowing for instructors to quickly identify both the intervention strategy and the team members required.

Implementation:

Documentation is a huge component within the RTI framework and our software provides a platform to make this process easier.

  • Instructors can create an electronic copy of the appropriate paperwork, customized to meet district needs, and have it stored in a centralized location.
  • This allows all parties involved to have easy access to documentation. Email notifications to the appropriate staff involved in specific RTI strategies ensure all parties are notified.

Follow Up:

With all parties aware of the implementation process, progress monitoring can be achieved using our platform.

  • Data from RTI assessments can be integrated into our software and our Data Analysis Module can help you convert that data into formats that can be easily interpreted.
  • Automatic Email notifications also help to ensure follow up occurs in the appropriate timeframe maintaining the integrity of the intervention.
